    If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address or if a shipment is returned to us because the recipient does not accept or pick up the goods, we reserve the right to charge the additional shipping costs caused by another shipment before a second delivery attempt is made.

    All of our prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

    For orders outside of the EU :
    All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay (if any) but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
